Innovation remains a striving pursuit at our YXL logistics. We believe that technology can improve our services and using new technologies to our business will add value to an existing service. 

We have been negotiating and developing new technology to create an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) with Nisu Technology company in Yangon. We are planning to develop an integrated system to provide comprehensive ERP system to provide services, to track logistics flow, to update the customs clearance and logistics processes step by step, to exchange interactive information with customers and suppliers in order to provide the best logistics solutions in our logistics and transportation services.



 

Covid-19 has changed the way how we work and care our customers as we installed new tools to address customers need and create a stronger tie with customers. The new tools are where we meet our customers, focus on our care and their concerns, cutting our operations cost, changing customers into new channels helps us to save cost and boost customers satisfaction while by making contactless interaction between employees and customers. Not only it helps to reduce cost and save money, but it also shows our immediate care directly to the customers as our priority including our employees to make them feel safe while it is an effective way to increase our revenue during the crisis and post pandemic. It is estimated and measured the percentage of revenue increase to 5% to 7% during the first year and gradually increase year by year. Additional to the revenue increment, it definitely reduces the cost of transportation for direct contact among customers, suppliers, and employees, saving money for petroleum and employees can save more time, and making them felt safe and secure more during the spike of Covid-19.


Yangon Xpress Logistics believes that not creating a positive innovation culture, our business can become stagnant and will have to struggle hard to achieve its optimum business outcomes in this highly competitive logistics industry. Hence, we have taken a proactive action to contribute to building a culture of innovation that would encourage the employees to be creative and innovate naturally and find opportunities in new operations and business services.

At YXL, first, we create an open and positive innovative culture, where, regardless of level and hierarchical, all employees are encouraged to express freely their ideas and perspectives towards trying something new with our logistics services. In initial phase, it was hard and need to employ a revised processes and new ways of operations and management system.


The company allocate reserved funds from HR training in order to promote a culture of innovation. Before providing training to all employees, first, we have trained all leaders what the culture of innovation is in order that they can provide the freedom to its employees to open and to be creative and innovative and help them change for those who are afraid and resistant to change .

The training and workshop provide them understand how the processes work, how to participate in daily problem solving, setting priority, getting better work results by using new technology with new management approach.
